Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused

Be in the same condition as when you received it

Be in its original packaging

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Please do not send your return directly to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

Electronic components that have been installed or used

Custom or special-order parts

Downloadable software or digital products

Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable"

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:

Items with signs of use or installation

Items not in original condition, or missing parts (not due to our error)

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider—it may take some time before the refund appears.
  3. Contact your bank—processing delays can occur.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items are not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email info@villagesewing.com.

Shipping Returns

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@villagesewing.com.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.
  • For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
