Processing Times

 

Standard Processing

- Most in-stock items: 1-3 business days processing time
- Orders placed after 2 PM PST will be processed the following business day
- Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays

Vendor-Ordered Items

- Some items may need to be ordered from our suppliers and are not immediately available in our inventory
- These items may require up to 14 business days processing time
- We will notify you by email if any items in your order require extended processing time

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (United States)

- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after processing
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days after processing
- Priority Shipping: 1-2 business days after processing

International Shipping
- Standard International: 7-21 business days after processing
- Expedited International: 5-10 business days after processing

Tracking Information

- Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships
- Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation

Delays & Special Circumstances

- Shipping carriers may experience delays during peak seasons, holidays, or adverse weather conditions
- Items may require additional processing time of up to 14 days, depending on manufacturer availability
